Terms and Conditions
- Our merchandise is sold only with the affirmation by the purchasers that, in using fireworks, they will obey all pertinent laws - Federal, State, County, City, and Municipality - in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable at the point of destination.
- Please note that all merchandise is sold upon condition that DNT Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable in any civil action for any arrest, accident, or injury occasioned during the transportation, handling, storage, or use of merchandise.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Most items are in stock year 'round, but in case of an outage, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item.
- Purchaser assumes all risks and relieves DNT Enterprises, LLC of any and all liabilities associated with the use of fireworks.
- All purchases must have 6% sales tax added to the total amount, or have a tax exempt number and form filed with DNT Enterprises, LLC.
- We accept money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash, TC's, no personal checks!
- YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO PURCHASE FIREWORKS. A SIGNATURE VERIFYING THIS IS REQUIRED ON OUR ORDER FORM.
- Our merchandise is sold only with the agreement that you will obey all pertinent laws, including Federal, State, County, City, and other local laws. A summary of the laws that regulate fireworks in your State can be found at the

- All sales of fireworks purchased are final. DNT Enterprises, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges of fireworks.
